Journey of Hope / Christian Women’s Job Corp.® of Loudon County is an outreach ministry which seeks to provide a Christian environment in which women in need are equipped and encouraged to develop life and job skills. We are an interdenominational ministry that believes sisters in Christ, which may attend a variety of churches, can share in the outreach ministry of Christ together in our community.

There are over 200 CWJC sites across the U.S. as well as some international sites. Although each CWJC site is autonomous, we share a common purpose – helping women to establish a relationship with God through Jesus while teaching skills to improve their lives at home and in the workplace.

We are organizationally structured on a successful national model – Christian Women’s Job Corps®, a ministry of Women’s Missionary Union®, which was formed in 1997.
